RubyPlay and Betnacional go live in Brazil with multi-studio content deal
The deal brings Koala Games’ Voltage Blitz series and RubyPlay’s wider portfolio to Flutter’s Brazilian flagship, the latest in a run of local partnerships since Brazil regulated in January 2025.
Brazil’s regulated iGaming market has drawn sustained supplier attention since Law 14.790/2023 came into force in January 2025, with content providers racing to secure distribution deals as the country’s licensed operator base continues to grow. For RubyPlay, the Betnacional agreement is its most high-profile Brazilian activation to date, adding a Flutter Entertainment-backed operator to a roster that already includes Esportes da Sorte and Cactus Gaming.
Titles now live with Betnacional
RubyPlay has gone live with Betnacional, Flutter Entertainment’s flagship Brazilian operator, in a content integration that brings titles from across the supplier’s multi-studio ecosystem to one of the country’s most prominent regulated sportsbook and casino brands.
The partnership was facilitated through Flutter Brazil, the entity formed following Flutter Entertainment plc’s completion of its acquisition of an initial 56% stake in NSX Group — the original creator and parent of Betnacional — for approximately $350 million in May 2025, alongside a contribution of Flutter’s existing Betfair Brazil business. NSX Group also operates Pagbet, MrJack.bet, and Betpix in the Brazilian market.
The integration includes a selection of RubyPlay Studio titles, among them Brilliant Gems and Gummy Giga Match. Betnacional also carries content from Koala Games, RubyPlay’s LatAm-focused studio, including Voltage Blitz Zeus Up and further entries from the Voltage Blitz series, which the supplier says has already demonstrated strong performance with Brazilian players.
Additional titles are in the pipeline from RubyPlay’s localised Brazilian studio, Mad Hat Games, as well as from the xSlots and Firerose studios, giving Betnacional a broad pipeline of market-tailored content under a single commercial relationship.
RubyPlay’s accelerating Brazil strategy
The Betnacional deal is the latest in a sequence of Brazilian operator and distribution agreements that RubyPlay has executed since the country’s regulated market opened. The supplier went live with Esportes da Sorte in February 2026, extending that deal across the wider Esportes Gaming Brasil group to include LOTTU and OnaBet, and had previously integrated its portfolio onto the Cactus Gaming aggregation platform in September 2024.

Frederico Cunha, head of games at Flutter Brazil, said the integration supports the operator’s goal of broadening its casino proposition. ‘Bringing RubyPlay’s games to Betnacional supports that goal and provides our players with access to additional entertainment options,’ he added.
Broader context: RubyPlay’s multi-studio model
RubyPlay’s five-studio structure, comprising Ruby Studio, Koala Games, Mad Hat Games, Firerose, and xSlots, was formally introduced in January 2026 under chief executive Tsachi Maimon, who joined the company on 1 October 2025. The model is designed to give each studio dedicated market focus while sharing common technology, infrastructure, and distribution.
Separately, RubyPlay agreed on 8 July 2026 to acquire 100% of Splash Tech, a jackpot and free-to-play engagement platform provider, in a move designed to extend its proposition beyond game content.
