Relax Gaming enters arcade market with Money Train spin-off Money Plane

The supplier’s first release outside its reel-based catalogue arrives ahead of the fifth Money Train instalment in September.
Crash and arcade formats have grown into a distinct category within the online casino market, drawing operators seeking alternatives to reel-based content. Relax Gaming launched Money Plane on 30 July 2026, its first title in the category and a spin-off of the Money Train franchise.
A Money Train spin-off without reels
Relax Gaming has launched Money Plane, an arcade-style title that extends the Money Train franchise into a game category the supplier has not previously occupied.
The game contains no reels, rows, or paylines, and the studio is positioning it as a deliberate move outside its established slot output rather than a further instalment of the Money Cart mechanic.
Volatility levels and win ceiling
Money Plane carries five volatility levels, each with a different maximum win. Achievement-based awards are also built into the game, which the company says are designed to support player retention and longer engagement cycles for operators.
A 10,000x figure appears across pre-release product information, but it applies to the highest volatility level only rather than the game as a whole.
Money Train 5 follows in September
The release arrives during a period of heightened activity for the Money Train brand. Relax Gaming has confirmed that Money Train 5, the next instalment in the series, will launch in September 2026.
What Relax Gaming says
Tony O’Mahony, Chief Product Officer at Relax Gaming, said:
‘Money Plane isn’t just another game, but one that gave us an opportunity to extend our creativity and quality into a new style of gameplay. We’ve worked hard to create a fun arcade-style experience that will appeal to a wide range of players.
‘With Money Plane, we’re taking fans of our Money Train universe to an entirely new stage, creating a fresh player experience that feels familiar, while opening the door to a whole new adventure. And with Money Train 5 coming out in September, it’s a great time to be a fan of the franchise.”
